Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Reputa at app.reputa.lt. They are short on purpose. If something here is unclear, ask before you sign up: info@reputa.lt.
Who provides the service
Reputa is provided by Ugnius Motiejūnas, self-employed in Lithuania under individual activity certificate No. 1494344. Contact: info@reputa.lt.
What the service does
Reputa reads the reviews of the Google Business Profile locations you connect, drafts replies in the tone you set, and publishes them according to your settings. It also shows you how the profile is doing.
Your account and your Google connection
You may connect a Business Profile only if you own it or are authorised to manage it. You connect through the official Google sign in and you can revoke that access at any time, as the privacy policy describes.
Keep your sign in secure. Tell us if you believe someone else has used your account.
Replies are published in your name
You set the tone, the rules and whether replies go out automatically or wait for your approval. You can edit or delete any reply. The content on your profile remains your responsibility.
Reputa replies to reviews that already exist. It does not write reviews, ask customers for positive reviews only, or stop unhappy customers from reviewing. You agree to use it within Google's Business Profile policies.
Trial and price
The first 30 days are free and need no payment card. Current prices are listed on the home page. Nothing is charged until we have agreed a plan with you.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Reputa works until the end of the period you paid for, then stops writing new replies. You can export your data as CSV, and 30 days later we delete it.
Availability and liability
Reputa depends on Google services that we do not control, so we cannot promise it will run without interruption. We fix faults as fast as we can.
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumers cannot waive.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes go to the courts of Lithuania.
When the terms change, the date at the top changes, and clients are told by email before the change takes effect.
