Any time, from the dashboard itself. Move up and it takes effect the same minute, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down works too. That change applies from your next payment, and until then you keep what you already paid for.
There is no long term contract. The plan runs for as long as you use it and stops with one button. People pick the yearly plan because it costs less, but it is a choice, not a condition.
Reputa works until the end of the period you paid for, then stops writing new replies. The replies already published stay on your Google profile, they belong to you. You can export your data as CSV, and 30 days later we delete it. You can also revoke our access yourself, in your Google settings.
That is what the training on your own examples is for. Reputa reads what the review actually says and names something concrete in the reply: a dish, a staff member, a situation. There are no templates. The examples in the middle of this page came out of the same engine, so compare them with how you write yourself.
It does. Basic and Pro have nothing to do with the stands, they handle what already lands on your profile. QR and NFC matter when the reviews are too few and you need to collect them on the spot. If enough of them arrive already, take Pro. Business includes the stand at no extra cost.

If something is missing, write to us and we answer the same day.
Yes. We connect through the Google Business Profile API, which is the official route for managing business profiles. You sign in with your own Google account and can revoke access at any time in your Google settings. We never need or see your password.
You can. There are two modes. In draft mode replies wait for your approval, you get an email and press a button. In automatic mode replies go out immediately, but you can still require manual review for 1 and 2 star reviews.
During the first week Reputa goes through your whole history and prepares replies for the ones left without any response. They publish gradually, a few dozen a day, so a hundred replies do not land on your profile in one hour.
The reply is written in the language the review was written in. We support Lithuanian, English and Polish. If a review comes in another language, the reply is written in English and you get a notification.
On servers in the European Union, in Frankfurt. We keep only what is needed to write replies: review text, your tone settings and your reply history. We do not sell data and we do not use it to train shared models.
There is a free Basic plan, and the paid ones begin at 14.99 € a month per location, plus VAT. Every price is listed in the pricing section, together with what each plan covers. There is no long term contract and you can stop any time.
